Frisbee is a popular game, but just throwing and catching can get boring! The great thing is a frisbee can be used in so many ways! Whether you work with young or older children, frisbee skills and games can teach agility, hand-eye coordination, and teamwork.

Using foam flying discs in this backyard frisbee bowling game, the teams will each try to knock down bowling pins. They will have to throw them from different lines, each one getting further from the pins. If you don't have pins, try using empty soda bottles filled with water or some sand.
