A DIY influencer shared the ultimate IKEA hack for renters to create their very own industrial mirror at home with just three household items.
'This is the easiest IKEA hack you will probably ever see,' said Shayna Alnwyck to her 500,000 TikTok followers.
She used twenty 21x30cm Lönsås mirrors ($2.50) from IKEA, duct tape, and a pair of scissors.

Shayna first used a laser-pointer to help her create straight lines with her black duct tape.
She taped the mirrors to the wall as she went on instead of creating the duct tape structure first.
'I'm using six rows and four across to fit my 12-foot ceiling,' she said. 'But the great thing about this hack is that you can customise it to fit your needs.'
'This was so easy and it's the perfect renter-friendly industrial mirror,' she said when she was done.

Many were impressed with her brilliant hack and offered up some tips and tricks.
'Duct tape is great but it can bubble up really easily if not applied properly,' shared one woman. 'I would replace the duct tape with wood planks painted matte black and use double-sided tape to stick it to walls.'
'This is great and looks so expensive,' said another. 'You can also use glitter pens to decorate the ends of the mirrors for a little personalisation.'
A third added, 'You can also use frames if you're worried about the tape taking some of the wall off.'
